As the founder of Strength and Ease, Rebecca loves to get into the inner workings of couples and discover what is blocking the message of love from being sent to and received by each partner. In her work, she is attuned to and tends to the needs of the relationship as a whole while helping each partner learn to turn toward the other. She believes safe, secure relationships are the most healing across the lifespan and offers both weekly sessions and couple therapy intensives. Her style is inviting, safe, and relational, with a sprinkle of irreverence.
On a limited basis, Rebecca uses her certification and experience in perinatal mental health to support couples who have or are experiencing a family building crisis. She is especially well equipped to help those who have experienced a perinatal loss (infertility, stillbirth, miscarriage, or infant death) and/or birth trauma. More information is here.
