EFT Couple Therapy Intensives are deep dives into your relationship designed to condense 2-3 months of regular couple therapy sessions into a few days. You receive the full attention of a highly trained Certified Emotionally Focused Couple Therapist for a private experience with just the two of you. This intentionally immersive experience is meant to bring awareness to your everyday relationship dynamics, begin to shift how you relate and interact with one another, and increase feelings of connection and emotional safety.
We offer 3 different Intensive options: 1.5, 3, or 5 days. Sessions can either be held in our downtown Charlottesville office or online for couples in Virginia or DC.
Rates include the Intensive itself, any consultation prior to scheduling, preparation, between-session planning, and collaboration with your ongoing therapist following the Intensive.
