Hailey is a warm, trauma-informed couples therapist offering virtual couples counseling across Virginia. With more than eight years of experience helping individuals and couples, she supports partners when a relationship feels distant, stuck, or strained, guiding them from disconnection back toward safety, trust, and genuine closeness, all from the comfort of home.
Hailey specializes in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a model that is based on learning how our closest bonds shape the way we love and connect. In session, Hailey helps couples slow down heated moments, understand what’s really happening beneath the surface, heal old hurts, and practice new ways of reaching for each other. She blends body-based, story-focused, and self-exploration tools to create a calm, collaborative space where real change can happen.
She works especially well with couples facing communication struggles, ongoing conflict, big life transitions, neurodivergence in relationships, betrayal of trust injuries, and the impact of trauma on connection. Her online therapy sessions are deeply attuned, down-to-earth, and free of judgment, rooted in the belief that lasting change grows from emotional safety, honesty, and vulnerability.
She is also trained in Brainspotting and Ketamine-Assisted Therapy, gentle, body-aware methods for working through painful or “stuck” experiences, and uses these as adjuncts to her EFT skills.
