EFT is the gold standard of couple therapy, backed by empirically driven research, with over 7000 therapists trained in over 80 countries. EFT certification requires significant training and documentation of skill, verified within a supervisory experience and ultimately by the review board at the International Centre for Excellence in EFT in Ottawa, Canada.
